UniFi Protect: Intelligent video surveillance with maximum data control
The UniFi platform also includes a highly sophisticated video surveillance system. Formerly known as separate software, the system is now managed centrally under the name UniFi Protect on a UniFi OS Console.

Local storage and central management
The central pillar of UniFi Protect is the UniFi OS Console (such as UDM Pro, UDM SE or the dedicated UNVR/UNVR Pro).
- Data security: All recordings are stored encrypted on the console. Ubiquiti has no access to your video content.
