The Advantage of Optical Zoom
The G6 Pro features a motorized lens. Unlike digital zoom (where pixels are merely enlarged), lenses move here. This means: If you aim the camera at your driveway 30 meters away and zoom in, you have the full 4K resolution (8 Megapixels) right there. You recognize faces and details crystal clear.
LPR and Face Recognition Included
Thanks to the new AI chip, the G6 Pro is smart enough to read and catalog License Plates (LPR). You can simply search for a license plate in the UniFi Protect app later. Face Recognition also helps you find known people faster in the recordings.
Image Quality Without Compromise
The combination of HDR (for difficult light) and a very fast sensor (aperture ƒ/1.5 at wide angle) ensures that the camera delivers impressive images even at night – often even in color if some ambient light is present.
