Ubiquiti AI 360: Four Cameras in One
Monitoring large, open areas used to be expensive and cumbersome. To monitor a warehouse or a large sales floor without gaps, multiple cameras were often necessary in the corners. The UVC-AI-360 changes the game. It is mounted centrally on the ceiling and sees everything – simultaneously.
Fisheye Technology Explained
The heart is the massive ultra-wide-angle lens. It records a circular image that covers 360 degrees horizontally.
* In the UniFi Protect software, this image is "dewarped".
* You can virtually move, rotate, and zoom in the live image as if you had a movable PTZ camera.
* The decisive advantage: Since the lens physically records everything at the same time, you miss nothing. Even if you are looking "left" in the live image, the action "right" is still recorded and can be retrieved later.
Built for Tough Use
The AI 360 is not a delicate indoor camera. It is a solid piece of technology.
* The housing is protected against vandalism according to IK08. The dome can withstand blows or projectiles.
* With IPX4 certification, it is protected against splashing water. It is excellently suitable for outdoor areas under canopies, parking garages, loading docks, or entrance areas.
Artificial Intelligence On Board
Despite the distorted optics, the camera masters advanced image analysis. The integrated AI engine reliably detects people and vehicles. This makes searching through hours of video footage extremely efficient, as you can filter specifically for events instead of watching empty rooms for hours.
