Installation problems
If you have problems installing, setting up and/or operating an item we supply, you don't have to give up too quickly. Our technical support and the manufacturer's technical support will be happy to help you configure your WiFi components. Often it is just small settings that prevent correct operation. It is always helpful if you can provide specific information about the situation and the problem.

Return / Cancellation
Should it happen that you return one or more items in your order within the return period (see cancellation policy) If you want to return it, this is of course not a problem.
We ask you to observe the following guidelines. However, this is not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the revocation.
Guidelines for revocation:
- Please fill out our return form completely .
- Please pack the item(s) intended for return together with the completed form securely in a separate shipping box to avoid unnecessary damage and send the goods to us.
- Once the return has been received, it will be checked by one of our employees and a credit note will be created and paid out to you. Please note that this process can take up to 14 business days.

Warranty processing / RMA
If one or more items from this delivery malfunction or are defective within the warranty period, we ask you to follow the following guideline for warranty processing:
Warranty Processing Guide:
- Please fill out our return form completely.
- Please pack the item(s) intended for warranty processing together with the completed form securely in a separate shipping box to avoid unnecessary damage and send the goods to us.
- After receipt of the return, the faulty item(s) will be checked by our technician and, if there is a defect, either replaced directly or sent to the manufacturer for warranty processing.
