The UniFi Cloud Key Gen2 SSD is a compact hardware controller with pre-installed UniFi software that is simply connected to the network and then takes over the management and control of all existing UniFi access points and devices. The Gen2 Plus has a 1TB SSD hard drive (expandable) and a 32GB eMMC flash memory. The operating system is installed on the flash memory and does not need to be reinstalled if the HDD is replaced.
The Cloud Key Gen2 SSD has a built-in mini battery that safely stores your camera recordings in the event of a power failure and then shuts down properly without data loss.
The UniFi Cloud Key Gen2 SSD is able to manage up to 20 cameras simultaneously in UniFi Protect mode. If you run the Cloud Key in UniFi SDN and Protect mode, you can connect up to 15 cameras and 50 UniFi devices simultaneously.
Monitor all your UniFi networks from anywhere in the world using hybrid cloud technology (single sign-on). You can manage, add to, reduce or monitor your networks using a user interface. The user interface can be accessed using any standard web browser.
With the UniFi Cloud Key Gen2 SSD you get a high-quality and energy-saving server solution for use in private households, small / large companies, hotels, restaurants and event areas to control and manage your UniFi network. For commercial use, various features are available in the environment that enable the creation of large WLAN networks.
