Battery and packaging regulations

Batteries and Packaging - How to Dispose of them Correctly! Hey, did you buy a device from us that contains batteries or rechargeable batteries? Great! Then please note the legal regulations for disposal, because the environment is important to us.

Important note on the Battery Ordinance:

Old batteries do not belong in household waste! The symbol with the crossed-out wheelie bin shows you that you must dispose of them separately. As a consumer, you are legally obligated to do so. You can hand in used batteries free of charge at the point of sale where you bought them, at municipal collection points, in stores, or you can even send them back to us by post (sufficiently stamped). The chemical abbreviation under the bin symbol (e.g., "Cd" for cadmium) provides information about the hazardous substance it contains.

Important note on the Packaging Ordinance:

You can also dispose of the packaging easily and correctly. We at WLAN-Shop24 are obligated to take back packaging from our products that does not bear the symbol of a comprehensive disposal system (such as the Green Dot from Duales System Deutschland AG or the E-SY symbol) and to ensure that it is reused or disposed of. In the case of such products, please contact us by email: info@neonatix.de. We will then tell you about a municipal collection point or a disposal company in your area that will accept the packaging free of charge. Alternatively, you can send the packaging directly to us:

WLAN-Shop24
DAJB Hamburg GmbH
Von-Bargen-Strasse 34
22041 Hamburg
Germany

We will then ensure that the packaging is reused or disposed of in accordance with the provisions of the Packaging Ordinance. Together for a clean environment!
