Ubiquiti UDM-Pro-Max: The New Flagship in the Rack

For a long time, the UDM-SE was the benchmark. But with ever-faster fiber lines (> 1 Gbps) and growing demands on video surveillance, the call for "more" became louder.
The Dream Machine Pro Max is the answer. It keeps the form factor but swaps the internals for absolute high-end components.

RAID 1: Your Recordings Are Safe

For professional video surveillance (UniFi Protect), data loss is not an option.
The UDM-Pro-Max is the first 1U gateway to feature two hard drive bays. You can insert two HDDs and mirror them in RAID 1 mode. If one drive fails, your evidence videos are still safe on the second drive.

Unlimited Performance

With 5 Gbps routing throughput (even at maximum security settings) and 8 GB RAM (twice as much as before), this gateway won't break a sweat even with hundreds of cameras and clients.
Important for planning: Since this device is designed for high-end setups, an integrated PoE switch was omitted. It is assumed that dedicated PoE switches (e.g., Pro Max Switches) will be used in this performance class anyway.
