The G5 Flex takes on a great legacy. The G3 Flex was a community favorite due to its price and versatility. The G5 Flex keeps all the good stuff and massively improves the tech. It's the camera you use wherever large "bullets" or "domes" would be too bulky.
Finally 2K Resolution & AI
The jump from 2 MP (1080p) to 4 MP (2K HD) is clearly visible. You can now digitally zoom into the image to recognize faces or details better. But the real power lies in the intelligence: Thanks to integrated AI Detection, the camera analyzes the image autonomously. * Precise Alerts: You are only notified when a person or car is actually detected – not when a bush moves in the wind. * Advanced Detection: Depending on the UniFi OS version, it even recognizes pets, smoke, and carbon monoxide alarms (acoustically).
Mounting Wonder
The name "Flex" says it all. No other camera offers so many installation possibilities (accessories partly sold separately): 1. Indoor: Simply place it on a shelf or mount it on the wall. 2. Outdoor: Thanks to IPX4, it is splash-proof. (Note: For upside-down mounting outdoors, we recommend the "Flex Professional Wall Mount" for IPX5 protection). 3. Ceiling: With the "Ceiling Mount", you can recess the camera almost invisibly into the suspended ceiling or roof overhang.
