TP-Link Archer MR200: Faster WiFi thanks to AC Standard
If you use LTE as your main internet connection, you don't want to compromise on WiFi. The Archer MR200 stands out from budget models by including AC WiFi technology.
By utilizing the 5 GHz frequency band, you avoid congestion in the wireless network. This is particularly important in apartment buildings or campgrounds where many other WiFi networks cause interference.
Stable and Expandable
On the back, you will find two external LTE antennas. If the router is placed in a utility room or a well-insulated new building, you can unscrew these antennas and replace them with a powerful outdoor antenna (with SMA connector).
The WiFi itself is broadcast via internal antennas, which are specifically optimized to ensure good coverage within the apartment.
Redundancy for Your Office
The MR200 is excellently suited as a backup solution. If your DSL connection fails, the router simply switches to LTE (if configured), and your home office keeps running. The LAN ports (100 Mbps) are perfectly adequate for printers and PCs.
