Top-Class Technology
Under the hood works a modem that outshines many home routers. Besides 5G (Sub-6 GHz), the router masters LTE Cat.19. This means: Even if 5G is unavailable, the router bundles multiple LTE frequencies (Carrier Aggregation) to reach speeds of over 1 Gigabit. Cheap routers often only manage 150 Mbps here.
Future-Proof with eSIM
The RUTM30 is a pioneer with eSIM support. Traveling to Switzerland or the UK? Simply book a data plan online and upload the profile to the router without the hassle of swapping SIM cards with paperclips. Of course, physical SIM slots are still available.
More Than Just Hardware: RutOS & Security
The heart of the router is the RutOS operating system (based on OpenWrt). It offers you features that you usually only know from expensive enterprise devices. You can establish secure VPN tunnels (WireGuard, OpenVPN, IPsec) to access your home network while on the go. With DynDNS, you make the router accessible despite changing IPs. And thanks to the Remote Management System (RMS), you have access to the configuration at any time, even if the router sits behind a mobile firewall without a public IP. Automatic failover (switching to LTE in case of WAN failure) is also set up with just a few clicks.
