The "Swiss Army Knife" for Your Router Connection
Many users connect their Teltonika router only to the standard power supply. Yet the devices can do so much more! Valuable functions such as Digital Inputs (alarm, sensor) or Digital Outputs (switching relays) are often hidden via the 4-pin power connector. The PR5MEC21 makes these pins accessible.
Example: RV / Truck
Do you want the router to run only when the ignition is on (to save the battery)? With this adapter, you simply connect Pin 3 (Input) to your vehicle's ignition line and configure the router accordingly ("Ignition Detection").
Example: Remote Switching
Do you want to open a barrier or restart a pump via SMS? Simply connect the control cable to the screw block of this adapter (Pin 4 Output) and your router becomes a control center.
