Ubiquiti U6 Enterprise: Welcome to the Fast Lane
The U6-Pro is strong, but the U6 Enterprise plays in a league of its own. It was developed to solve the biggest problem of modern WiFis: Congested frequencies.
6 GHz: The Empty Highway (WiFi 6E)
The highlight of this Access Point is the 6 GHz Radio. While neighbors, microwaves, and old devices often crowd the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands, the 6 GHz band is reserved exclusively for new WiFi 6E (and WiFi 7) devices.
This means: No interference, minimal latency, and up to 4.8 Gbps on this band alone.
No More Bottlenecks
Connecting an AP with over 10 Gbps air capacity to a 1 Gigabit port would be a waste.
That's why the U6 Enterprise features a 2.5 GbE RJ45 Port. Combined with a suitable switch (e.g., Enterprise 8 PoE or Pro Max), you bring full speed to the LAN.
