This is exactly where the EXTRALINK 6U equipment cabinet (EX.7232) is in its element. With its low overall height, it takes up hardly any wall space. The brilliant highlight, however, is the depth of 600 mm. This means you don't have to resort to extremely short (and often expensive) specialty switches; you can install standard hardware and still have enough room in the back for wiring.
Security and Easy Accessibility
Network and smart home hubs need protection. The tempered glass front door and removable side panels of this cabinet are secured with robust locks. You protect your devices from dust and unauthorized access, yet maintain convenient access from three sides during installation and maintenance thanks to the completely removable walls. The well-thought-out cable entry in the roof panel also ensures clean routing of your installation cables.
Active Cooling and Flat-Pack Advantage
Even small cabinets can get warm. The roof panel is therefore already prepared for the installation of two active case fans to prevent heat buildup. Another huge plus is the logistics: The cabinet is delivered as an unassembled kit in a handy flat-pack. This means you are not dependent on freight forwarding appointments and can easily carry the package into the office or basement by yourself. Assembly is logically structured and completed quickly!
