Cudy AP1300 Outdoor: Wi-Fi Without Boundaries
Often, the Wi-Fi ends at the patio door. With the AP1300 Outdoor, you extend your network to the last corner of your property. Whether for the garden party, the home office on the lounger, or the surveillance camera on the garage – this access point delivers the necessary bandwidth.
Maximum Flexibility in Installation
The AP1300 solves one of the biggest problems during installation: Power supply.
* You already have a modern PoE switch? Perfect, simply connect the Cudy via 802.3af/at.
* You don't have a PoE switch? No problem, a passive PoE injector is included in the box. You only need to run a network cable outside.
In addition, the two included antennas can be unscrewed. So if you need to cover an even larger area, you can connect stronger directional antennas instead.
Mesh and Roaming
If you already use Cudy routers or mesh systems in the house, the AP1300 Outdoor integrates seamlessly into this system.
* It automatically adopts the Wi-Fi data (SSID and password).
* Thanks to Fast Roaming, your smartphone switches uninterruptedly between the house Wi-Fi and the garden Wi-Fi as you move.
Of course, it also works as a standalone access point with any router from another manufacturer.
Robust Against Weather
Technology outdoors has to withstand a lot. The Cudy AP1300 is protected against the ingress of dust and water jets according to IP65. It survives hard winters and hot summers. Additionally, a 4kV lightning protection is integrated, which protects the sensitive network hardware from voltage spikes during thunderstorms.
