It is designed to be visibly mounted on the wall. It is the central hub for everything: Internet, WiFi, cameras, and smart home.
Ports Galore
Under the cover hides a switch that leaves almost nothing to be desired. * 17x Gigabit LAN Ports: Including 12 with PoE (for cameras/small APs), 4 with PoE++ (for powerful PTZ cameras or digital signage), and one without PoE. * 10G Connectivity: SFP+ ports are available for both internet access (WAN) and connecting to further switches (LAN).
Security & Storage
The UDW is not only beautiful but also secure. It offers a full enterprise firewall (3.5 Gbps throughput with IPS).
For your UniFi Protect cameras, a 128 GB SSD is integrated. Need more space for recordings? No problem: There is a MicroSD card slot (supports 512 GB+ cards) to expand storage cost-effectively.
