The Ubiquiti UISP-S is a fanless, Layer2 PoE switch with eight Gigabit RJ45 ports and a 1 Gigabit SFP port. It is ideal for MicroPoP applications and building secure, high-performance networks. The UISP-S offers a total PoE supply of 110W, sufficient to power up to eight 27V PoE devices. PoE distribution is carried out via the eight Gigabit RJ45 ports, where each port can deliver up to 15 W (for two pairs) or 30 W (for four pairs). The UISP-S is equipped with a 1 Gigabit SFP port that can be used to connect to another switch, router or other network device.
The switch has fanless thermal cooling that ensures silent operation. The switch can be wall mounted using the included mounting kit.
The UISP-S supports Layer 2 switching features such as VLANs, port isolation and DHCP snooping.
Setting up the UISP-S is easy and can be done via the UISP app. The app is available for iOS and Android.
