You power the Ethernet Switch with data and passive 24V PoE via a single Ethernet Cable and from there supply up to three additional devices. Perfect for connecting IP Cameras, sensors, or WiFi Access Points to a pole.
Efficient 24V PoE Forwarding
The core of the NanoSwitch is its ability to intelligently forward power. It receives a passive 24V voltage via the „PoE In“-port and forwards it unchanged to the three „PoE Out“-ports. With a minimal self-consumption of only 1.5 watts, almost the entire power of your PoE Injectors / Power Supplies remains available for the connected devices. Please note that the Ethernet Switch only works with passive 24V PoE and is not compatible with the 48V standard (802.3af/at). Suitable PoE Injectors / Power Supplies must be purchased separately.

It does not appear in the UniFi Controller and requires no setup. Simply connect it, and it reliably distributes Network packets on Layer 2. This simplicity makes it a cost-effective and fast solution, but excludes advanced features like VLANs. It is the perfect, invisible helper for simple Network expansions outdoors.

No, that is not possible. Modern UniFi Cameras require the 48V PoE standard (802.3af/at), while the NanoSwitch exclusively outputs passive 24V PoE. The connection would not power the camera, which is part of the UniFi Protect ecosystem.
Is a Power Supply included with the NanoSwitch?
