Ubiquiti POE-24-12W-G: Release the Brake
Many modern directional antennas (like the LiteBeam 5AC) achieve speeds of over 400 or 500 Mbps in the air.
But if you use the wrong power supply (without "G"), only 100 Mbps will arrive at the cable below. The POE-24-12W-G prevents exactly this bottleneck.
Gigabit on All Pairs
Unlike the standard model, this injector has all 8 wires of the network cable optimized and switched for data transmission. This allows you to transmit fiber optic connections or fast VDSL lines via your wireless link without loss.
The Invisible Shield
Like all original Ubiquiti power supplies, this model offers integrated surge and ESD protection.
Especially for devices like the NanoBeam or LiteBeam, which are often mounted exposed on roofs, grounding via the power supply is essential. It prevents static buildup from accumulating and destroying sensitive electronics.
