Teltonika OTD500: 5G Internet Without Wall Loss
The physical problem of 5G (especially at high frequencies) is building attenuation. Routers in the server room or office often have mediocre reception. The OTD500 solves this problem radically: It brings the technology to where the signal is – outside.
Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) Made Easy
This outdoor router acts as your primary "modem".
It receives the 5G or LTE (Cat 19) signal via its internal high-performance antennas (4x4 MIMO). The signal is processed and passed on to your existing indoor router (e.g., a firewall, Wi-Fi router, or switch) via a Gigabit LAN cable.
Installation with Just One Cable (PoE+)
For mounting on the roof or facade, you don't need to call an electrician to install a power outlet. The OTD500 is powered entirely via the network cable (PoE+ IEEE 802.3at).
Simply run the LAN cable from the PoE injector (or PoE switch) through the wall to the OTD500 – done.
Industrial Grade Ruggedness
The housing is IP67 certified. This means it is dust-tight and can withstand even temporary submersion. Rain, snow, and extreme heat (up to 75°C) are no match for the hardware. Thanks to the Dual-SIM slot, you can insert two different provider cards to create a redundant internet connection.
