The Poynting OMNI-402 (A-OMNI-0402-V1-01) is an ultra-wideband antenna that covers all current 4G and 5G as well as 2.4GHz WiFi operating frequencies with excellent, balanced gain across all frequencies. The antenna offers 2X2 MIMO capability through its vertically separated radiating elements, all located in the same housing.
The antenna design enables the antenna to have superior omnidirectional characteristics over the entire frequency range, making the OMNI-402 a true high-performance omnidirectional MIMO antenna suitable for marine and coastal applications.
Usable in all parts of the world, the OMNI-402 guarantees signal reception almost everywhere. Poynting Antennas achieves this through a new antenna configuration with multiple dipoles and a unique (patented) feed network. The antenna is future-proof as it covers the 450MHz 4G frequency band, which is becoming more and more popular in different regions and countries. This antenna is also 3400 - 3800 MHz and therefore 5G capable.
Due to the robust and weatherproof design with IP 68 classification, this multi-band omnidirectional antenna is particularly suitable for use in the marine sector and is UV and salt water resistant. The OMNI-402 is suitable for standard 1 inch (14 TPI) marine mounting and for wall or pole mounting.
It has two 2m connection cables (HDF195) with SMA plug. The antenna can therefore be easily connected and operated on most commercially available 4G and 5G routers.
