Your Network Upgrade: 10 GBit/s Easier Than Ever Before
Forget complicated handling with termination tools. With the Wirewin CAT.6a Keystone Module, Network installation becomes child's play. Thanks to the intelligent, tool-free insulation-displacement connector (IDC) technology, you can connect installation cables in no time. Simply sort the wires according to the color coding (T568A/B), insert them, fold the module together – done. This way, you achieve professional Network connections in record time, whether you're upgrading your home Network or building a complex office infrastructure.
Maximum Performance Through Seamless 360° Shielding
In modern Networks, data integrity and interference immunity are crucial. The housing of this Keystone Jack is made of solid, nickel-plated die-cast zinc. This not only looks high-quality but also provides seamless 360° shielding. Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and annoying crosstalk (Alien Crosstalk) stand no chance. The result is an extremely stable and reliable data transmission at full 10 GBit/s – the perfect foundation for interference-free streaming, fast gaming, and large data transfers.
Universally Applicable: The Flexible Heart of Your Cabling
Flexibility is key. Thanks to the standardized Keystone format, this RJ45 module fits into all common patch panels, floor boxes, module carriers, and Network Outlets from various manufacturers. It is the ideal component for structured and clean Cabling. The variable strain relief effortlessly handles almost all common CAT6a and CAT7 installation cables with an outer diameter of 5.0 to 9.3 mm and wire cross-sections from AWG 22 to 26. This makes it the best Keystone Module for CAT7 Cables and other high-quality installations.
Built for the Future: Power over Ethernet up to 90 Watts
Modern Network devices require not only data but also power. This module is equipped for the highest PoE standards. It supports not only PoE (15.4W) and PoE+ (30W) but also the latest 4PPoE standard (PoE++) with up to 90 watts of power. This allows you to power energy-hungry devices such as PTZ IP Cameras, powerful WLAN WiFi Access Points, or digital signage displays directly via the Network cable. This saves separate power supplies and significantly simplifies the entire installation.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can I use this CAT 6a Keystone module with a CAT 7 installation cable?
Yes, this is easily possible and a very common practice. CAT 7 cables have higher performance reserves regarding shielding. Since this CAT 6a module is specified for 10 GBit/s and 500 MHz, it represents the standard-compliant endpoint in this combination, and the entire Network link will be certified as a CAT 6a link, utilizing robust Cabling.
Do I really not need any special tools for installation?
For the core process of terminating the wires onto the insulation displacement connectors, no LSA punch-down tool is required. However, you will need a wire stripper to remove the cable jacket and small side cutters to cleanly and flushly trim the excess wires, making it easier for your Ethernet Cables and Cabling setup.
What is the difference between T568A and T568B?
Both are standardized wiring schemes for Ethernet Cables. Technically, they are equivalent. The only important thing is that the same scheme is used at both ends of a Cabling run. In Europe, T568B is more common. The module is color-coded for both standards.
Is this module backward compatible with CAT 6 or CAT 5e cables?
Yes, you can also use this module with CAT 6 or CAT 5e Ethernet Cables. However, the overall performance of the Network connection will then be determined by the weakest link, which is the Cabling, and will only achieve the performance standards of CAT 6 or CAT 5e respectively.
Why is a 50μm gold plating on the contacts important?
The 50 micrometer thick gold plating is a quality feature that protects the contacts from corrosion and ensures a consistently low contact resistance. This is crucial for stable signal transmission, especially at high data rates and when using Power over Ethernet (PoE) Injectors / Power Supplies for your Network devices.
What does the 25-year system warranty mean?
The system warranty means that the manufacturer guarantees the performance of the entire transmission link, provided that all components (Cabling, patch panel, Ethernet Outlets, modules) are from the same manufacturer and have been professionally installed. This offers high investment security for your Network infrastructure.
