UniFi 6 LR AP is a new generation Wi-Fi 6 access point with 4x4 MU-MIMO antenna specially designed to increase the range of the wireless network. UniFi 6 Long Range Access Point solutions develop their full potential in high-traffic environments such as warehouses, hangars and stadiums. The application range of the UniFi 6 Long Range Access Point is, however, much wider and is suitable for use in offices and apartments. The antennas of the UniFi 6 Long Range Access Point are designed for situations where better reception of a weak signal is required.
Equipped with 4x4 MU-MIMO and OFDMA antennas in the 5 GHz band and 2x2 MIMO in the 2.4 GHz band, the next-generation UniFi 6 LR access point offers total wireless data transmission of up to 3 Gbit.
The service of the new Wi-Fi 6 standard enables high quality services to be provided to a larger number of customers using the algorithms of the new 802.11ax standard. The device is many times more efficient than the classic UniFi 6 Lite Point, optimizes costs in open scenarios and reduces the costs of thickening access points and switching between them. The omnidirectional antenna array was developed to provide increased radio coverage and is optimized for face down ceiling mounting. UniFi 6 Long Range Access Point software is centrally managed, configured and updated through the standard Ubiquiti UniFi Controller app, allowing maximum flexibility in making the required system changes with minimal effort.
Unlimited scalability
Scale your WiFi network as large or small as you need it to be. The UniFi system can be expanded and enlarged at any time with additional UniFi APs. You can start with a UniFi Access Point and add to the system at any time. The integrated UniFi access points form a network and thus create a large, high-performance WLAN network.
UniFi App
The UniFi AC access points can be configured and controlled either via the UniFi controller software or the new UniFi app.
Power over Ethernet (PoE)
The UAP-U6-LR is powered by PoE. A PoE injector is not included in the scope of delivery. The UniFi access point can also be conveniently operated via a UniFi PoE switch.
