No More Signal Loss: The All-in-One Solution for your TRB500
The secret to the superior performance of the QuMax A500M lies in its design. Instead of routing your gateway's signal via long, attenuating Coaxial Cables to the Antenna, the Teltonika TRB500 5G Gateway is directly integrated into the Antenna Enclosure. This direct connection almost completely eliminates signal loss, ensuring optimal Network performance. The result: a more stable connection, higher data rates, and significantly better range, even in locations with weak Network coverage. This way, you get the absolute maximum out of your 5G connection.
One Cable for Everything: Ingenious Installation Thanks to Passive PoE
Forget complex cable clutter and separate outdoor power supplies. The QuMax A500M uses an integrated passive PoE Injectors / Power Supplies, which allows data and power to be transmitted via a single standard Ethernet Cable. This dramatically simplifies installation, reduces costs, and minimizes potential sources of error. Simply connect a suitable 24V Passive PoE Power Supply, and your professional 5G Antennas / Outdoor Antennas solution is ready for operation.
Built for Eternity: IP67 Protection for Extreme Conditions
Industrial environments, remote locations, or simply unpredictable weather – the IP67-certified Enclosures of the QuMax A500M reliably protect your valuable TRB500 Gateway from the harshest conditions. It is absolutely dustproof and even withstands temporary immersion in water. Made from high-quality ABS plastic and Aluminium, this integrated Antenna Mounting Accessories system resists temperatures from -40 °C to +75 °C, ensuring years of trouble-free operation.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Is the QuMax A500M a standalone 5G Antenna that I can connect to any Router?
No, the A500M is an integrated system. It is a Directional Antenna within an Enclosure specifically built to house a Teltonika TRB500 5G Gateway. It does not function without this gateway and cannot be connected to arbitrary other Routers.
What does 'All-in-One' mean for this product?
'All-in-One' means that the 4x4 MIMO 5G Directional Antenna, a weatherproof IP67 Enclosure, and a passive PoE Splitter are combined into a single unit. You just add the TRB500 Gateway and you have a complete, installation-ready Outdoor Solution for your Network.
Can I operate the Antenna with my standard PoE Switch (802.3af/at)?
No, absolutely not. The A500M and the Teltonika TRB500 5G Gateway installed within it require a passive PoE voltage of 24V or less. Using a standard Ethernet Switch with 48V would damage the Gateway. A separate, suitable passive PoE Injector / Power Supply must be used.
What gain can I expect from the Antenna?
The gain is frequency-dependent. It is up to 6 dBi in the lower frequency range (below 1 GHz) and 7 dBi in the important mid-range 4G/5G bands (1.7 - 4.6 GHz). This ensures a significant signal improvement for your 5G Antennas / Outdoor Antennas compared to the gateway's standard Antennas.
How weather-resistant is the QuMax A500M really?
It is extremely weather-resistant. With IP67 certification, it is completely dust-tight and can withstand temporary immersion in water. The Enclosure is designed for an operating temperature range of -40 °C to +75 °C and reliably protects the electronics, making it ideal for various Mounting Systems.
What is included with the QuMax A500M?
The scope of delivery includes the Antenna Enclosure with the integrated Antennas and the PoE Splitter, as well as a Mounting System for attachment to a mast. The Teltonika TRB500 5G Gateway is not included and must be purchased separately as part of your Teltonika 4G / 5G Routers setup or other Accessories.
