The Poynting EPNT-4 is a very powerful and robust all-in-one antenna solution with an integrated, weatherproof compartment for compact 4G or 5G routers. The EPNT-4 includes a 4×4 MIMO 5G / 4G antenna, a 2×2 MIMO WiFi antenna, and an additional GNSS (GPS, GLONASS) antenna.
The integrated 5G / 4G antennas are broadband and operate from 617 to 4200 MHz, covering the most important 5G and 4G bands with excellent gain across all frequencies. The integrated WiFi antennas offer dual-band operation, covering the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz to 7.2 GHz WiFi bands with a peak gain of 5dBi. Furthermore, the antenna elements within the housing are cross-polarized, which further enhances the overall performance of the antenna.
By directly integrating your 4G or 5G router inside the Poynting EPNT-4 antenna, you turn it into a true 4G / 5G outdoor router. Due to the almost direct connection to the antenna elements, you have virtually no signal loss regarding the gain of the integrated antennas. You can then conveniently connect your router to your existing network via a network cable or connect to your router via WiFi.
Please note that the router must be powered via PoE. Suitable PoE injectors and power supplies can be found in our range.
The EPNT-4 is fully saltwater-protected, making it suitable for use in highly corrosive environments, including chemical and toxic settings, thanks to its UV-stable housing material. The enclosure also features a robust mechanical design to withstand adverse weather conditions, making the EPNT-4 vandal-proof and weatherproof with IP67 and IK10 ratings.
