The Flexible Building Block for Bridges & Reception
The RBGrooveG-52HPacn is the tool for network pros and DIYers. While the "A" model serves as a hotspot for the garden, this model is the "feeder". It is typically used to bring internet from Building A to Building B or to capture distant harbor WiFi on a boat/RV using a directional antenna.
Level 3 License: What does it mean?
This device is a Client (Station). This means it connects to an existing WiFi network. It can not serve as a standard Access Point for laptops and phones (you would need Level 4 for that). This makes it the cost-effective choice for dedicated links.
Direct Mounting, No Loss
The integrated N-Plug (Male) on the housing is the highlight. You don't need expensive and lossy coaxial cables ("pigtails"). The Groove simply screws directly onto the back of your directional antenna. The result is the maximum possible signal strength, which is crucial especially over long distances.
