4G / 5G Antenna Cable and Adapters
For the connection between 4G or 5G antenna and a router, surf stick or compact travel router, you need a coaxial antenna cable and, if necessary, a coaxial adapter. We offer suitable TWIN cables (also called duplex or dual cables) as cables. This cable has two separate wires that are run in one strand. The cable can therefore be used without any problems for the MIMO technology used in 4G and 5G. We offer the cable with N male plug to SMA male plug in various lengths. In addition, you will also find extension cables for an existing connection in our range, as well as window bushings and connection adapters / pigtails for TS9 / CRC9.

4G / 5G antenna: With 4G and 5G antennas it is quite simple. The manufacturers of the antennas mainly use the coaxial connection of the type N female socket. So you need a cable with an N male connector on the antenna side.
4G / 5G router: Connections of the type SMA female socket are mainly used on a router. On the router side, an SMA male connector is therefore required on your antenna cable. In a few cases, however, there are also 4G routers with a in TS-9 or CRC-9 connector format. These are then rather small 4G or 5G travel routers or routers with a very compact design.
4G / 5G surf stick or travel router: Type TS-9 connections are usually used here. We recommend using an antenna cable with an SMA male connector and a coaxial adapter. Make sure you use a pigtail, i.e. a short adapter cable, instead of a usual adapter. The TS-9 connector is a very small, delicate connector. A simple adapter would have quite a large leverage here.

The antenna cable type H-155 is a low-loss and quite flexible coaxial antenna cable. Due to its low attenuation (double shielding), the cable is well-suited for applications up to 3GHz (WLAN, LoRa, GSM, UMTS, or LTE). In direct comparison to the RF240 coaxial cable (also available with us), the H155 cable is not equipped with a rigid inner conductor but with a composite of copper strands. This provides higher flexibility but also slightly weaker attenuation values. The H-155 cable is designed for use up to 3GHz, while the RF-240 cable is designed for use up to 6GHz. Through our cable configurator, you can order the cable in various lengths with different connectors. Simply choose the connectors and length you need. The cable will then be assembled by hand by us. In comparison to the H-155 cable, which is also available with us, the RF-240 cable has a rigid inner conductor. Therefore, RF-240 is not as flexible as H-155, but it has better attenuation values and is suitable for applications up to 6GHz without any issues. The adaptor consists of a flat plastic pad with a 50 cm cable that terminates in a SMA (female) connector. The plastic sleeve, that looks like a cell phone battery, encloses a device that can couple to a cell phone and divert it to a booster antenna thereby ensuring better reception. The pad of the coupler is placed against the top of the phone. (The coupler is supplied with a small piece of Velcro that you can use to ensure a more secure connection to your phone). You then connect the other end of the coupler to one of our booster antennas via the SMA (female) connector. The booster antenna can be mounted on the outside of a building and pointed in the direction of your closest cellular base station to ensure good reception.

TravelConnector DDK2X is a weatherproof coaxial cable bushing with PG11 screw connection. Accordingly, cables with a thickness between 5mm and 10mm can be fed through. The cable bushing is ideal for use on vehicles, yachts or other surfaces. The DDK2X is designed to be glued to the vehicle roof or similar surface. An adhesive is not included. The bushing is extremely robust and durable thanks to the UV-resistant IP68 housing.
