Ubiquiti U-PoE++: When PoE+ Isn't Enough

The Best Friend of the USW-Flex
The popular outdoor switch USW-Flex has no power cable of its own; it is powered via PoE.
If you feed it with a normal power supply, there is hardly any power left for the cameras you want to connect to the switch.
However, if you feed it with this U-PoE++ (60W), the switch can pass on a full 46 Watts to its ports. That's easily enough for 3-4 cameras and an Access Point simultaneously!
Enterprise Power
Devices like the UniFi G4 PTZ (with strong motors and huge IR spotlights) or the BaseStation XG (for stadiums/concert halls) won't even start up without this power supply.
Thanks to the 48V voltage and the use of all 8 wires (4-Pair), energy is transported efficiently even over long distances.
