The MikroTik Wireless Wire Cube Pro (CubeG-5ac60aypair) is the ideal solution for high throughput connections with a range of up to 2400m. The MikroTik Wireless Wire Cube Pro (CubeG-5ac60aypair) consists of two pre-paired endpoint devices and offers a point-to-point connection (PtP) with up to 1 Gbit data throughput at a range of 1000m - using 60 GHz 802.11ay technology. A 5GHz fallback module with 802.11ac technology is available as Fallback / Backup. In 5GHz operation, a range of 2.4km is possible.
The 60 GHz connection is highly directional and any obstacle in the line of sight, including rain, can reduce the signal level. In this case, to maintain connectivity, the Bridge can switch automatically to the 5GHz 802.11ac connection. 5GHz propagates better and uses radio wave reflections and refractions more effectively, although it offers a lower maximum throughput.
The weatherproof, robust design allows for outdoor installation.
