Forget searching for an outlet on the exterior wall. The Cudy RE1200 is powered via passive Power over Ethernet (PoE). This means you only need a single Network cable that carries both data and power to the device. The necessary PoE Injectors / Power Supplies is already included in the scope of delivery. This makes the RE1200 an ideal Outdoor Access Point with PoE, which can be easily mounted even in hard-to-reach places such as on a pole or high up on a house wall.
