The "WiFi Everywhere" Pocket Kit
The WiFi Camp-Pro Nano answers the question: "How do I get better WiFi without installing a huge antenna on the roof?" The principle is identical to the large CampPro set, but the hardware has been shrunk for maximum mobility. Instead of a large outdoor antenna, the compact AWUS036ACS USB Stick handles reception.
Ideal for Indoors and Temporary Use
The stick is simply hung on a window (where reception is usually best) using the included suction cup or clip and connected to the small router (R36A) via USB. The router then distributes the internet wirelessly throughout the room or vehicle. This is ideal for:
- Hotels (only one access code for all devices).
- Rental Campers (no structural changes allowed).
- Tent vacations (also runs on 12V cigarette lighter).
Security and Comfort
Just like with the big brother, you benefit from a firewall and the fact that your devices (phones, tablets) remain in your own private network and are not directly visible in the public hotel WiFi.
