When do I need this adapter?
If you don't own a PoE switch (like the USW-Lite-8-PoE), you need to inject power into the network cable.
This adapter is perfect for:
* UniFi Access Points: U6-Lite, U6+, NanoHD, AC-Lite (newer 48V models only), AC-LR (newer 48V models only).
* UniFi Cameras: G3 Flex, G4 Instant, G5 Bullet/Dome/Turret.
* UniFi Cloud Key: Cloud Key Gen2 (when powered via LAN).
Attention with "Pro" and "Enterprise" Devices
This adapter delivers a maximum of 15.4 Watts.
More powerful APs like the U6-Pro, U6-LR, or U7-Pro often require more energy (PoE+ standard). For those, this adapter would be too weak (better choose the U-POE-at).
