Invisible and Relentless
Plug-and-play trackers are convenient, but they are also easy for thieves to find and remove. The Teltonika FMB920 takes a different approach. Through its wire-in connection, it is permanently attached to the electrical system of your car, truck, or motorcycle. Thanks to the tiny, ultra-slim enclosure (only 12 mm high) and the strong internal antennas, you can hide it deep behind dashboards or door panels. Should anyone disconnect the car battery, the internal 170 mAh backup battery immediately kicks in and sends an alarm.
No Network? No Problem! (MicroSD)
Fleets traveling in mountainous regions, dense forests, or crossing borders know the problem of GSM dead zones. The FMB920 offers a brilliant safety net for this. It features a MicroSD card slot (for memory cards up to 32 GB). If the cellular connection drops, the tracker continues to log every movement and saves it to the SD card. As soon as the vehicle has network coverage again, it shoots all the collected data straight to your server.
Active Theft Protection (Digital I/O)
This tracker doesn't just read the location; it can actively protect your vehicle. For example, the digital input can reliably detect whether the ignition has been turned on. However, the absolute game-changer is the digital output (Digital Out). If you connect this to an automotive relay, you can remotely block the fuel pump or the starter via SMS or server command in the event of a theft!
