The MikroTik Wireless Wire Dish Set solves exactly this problem. The two LHGG-60ad parabolic antennas build a highly secure wireless bridge over up to 1500 meters. The operating system (RouterOS) processes the connection so transparently that to your switch, it looks exactly as if you had just plugged in a real patch cable!
60 GHz: No Interference, Pure Performance
Anyone building long-distance wireless links in the 5 GHz band often struggles with interference from radar or neighboring networks. The Wireless Wire Dish elegantly bypasses this problem by using the 802.11ad standard in the 60 GHz band. Combined with the focused grid parabolic design (Dish), you concentrate the signal precisely on the opposite side. The result is an absolutely interference-free, extremely low-latency Gigabit performance (up to 2 Gbps aggregate) that remains stable even in bad weather.
True Plug & Play on the Mast
Time is money, especially for installations high up in the air. MikroTik has already perfectly aligned and paired the two devices at the factory. You don't need to be an IT expert: All you have to do is mount the antennas on the mast, supply them with power via the network cable (conveniently via Gigabit PoE), and point them at each other using the innovative aiming tool. The complete mounting accessories, PoE injectors, and power supplies for both sides are already included in the kit!
