Dual-Band for an Uncluttered Network

When too many Wi-Fi networks broadcast on the 2.4 GHz frequency in apartment buildings or offices, performance often drops. The hAP ac lite solves this problem with true dual-band Wi-Fi. While smart home devices or printers use the long-range 2.4 GHz band, you can simultaneously connect your laptop or smart TV to the fast and low-interference 5 GHz band (802.11ac). The 650 MHz processor ensures that both networks run in parallel and absolutely smoothly.

Full Features in a Classic Guise

Unlike the "TC" (Tower Case) variant, this router comes in the proven, flat hAP housing. It can be placed unobtrusively on a shelf or mounted flush to the wall thanks to the pre-drilled holes on the back. Despite its compact dimensions, no corners were cut on the technology: Port 5 features a practical PoE-Out function, which allows you to directly power an IP camera or a MikroTik outdoor antenna without needing an extra power supply.

Failover Security via USB

An internet outage in the home office or POS system is annoying and expensive. The integrated USB port of the hAP ac lite easily accommodates 4G/LTE modems. Via the powerful RouterOS operating system, you can set up an automatic fallback: If the primary landline internet (DSL/cable) fails, the cellular connection takes over immediately and fully automatically.
