You don't always need Gigabit speed. When it comes to transmitting telemetry data, supplying a remote shed with basic internet, or acting as a client in a WISP network, the RBGroove-52HPn is unbeatable. It uses the proven 802.11n standard (Wi-Fi 4), known for its robustness and range.
RouterOS Level 3: The Pure Client
This model is a specialist. It is designed to connect to *another* WiFi network (Station Mode) or to form a fixed bridge. It is not an Access Point for end devices. This saves license costs and makes the device extremely attractive for its specific purpose.
Bring Your Own Antenna
Since this model is mostly used for directional links, no small omni antenna is included (unlike the "A" model). This is intentional: You combine the Groove with exactly the antenna you need for your distance – be it a small panel antenna for 200 meters or a huge grid antenna for 10 kilometers.
