LogiLink MP0040: The RJ45 Plug That Forgives Mistakes
With conventional crimp plugs, the rule is: Once pressed, it is fixed. Was the wire assignment wrong? Bad luck, cut off the plug and throw it away. The LogiLink MP0040 PrimeLine changes the game. It is reusable. You can open the housing again and re-sort the wires. This saves material, money, and nerves on the construction site.
Maximum Compatibility (AWG 23-26)
This plug is an all-rounder. It handles both thick installation cables (Solid Wire) and flexible patch cables (Stranded Wire). The clamping range from AWG 23 to AWG 26 covers most common Cat.6 and Cat.7 cables. The solid metal housing ensures continuous 360° shielding, which is particularly important in industrial environments with many interference sources.
Power over Ethernet? No Problem!
Thanks to the high-quality phosphor bronze contacts with 50µ gold plating (many cheap plugs have only 3-6µ), the contact resistance is extremely low. This makes the MP0040 perfect for PoE++ (4PPoE) applications. It can supply modern PTZ cameras, Access Points, or PoE monitors securely and permanently with power without getting hot.
