The Heavy-Duty Protection for WISP and IoT
For demanding locations or devices that generate heat, plastic is often not an option. This Die-Cast Aluminum Enclosure is the professional choice. It is widely used for building Helium Miners, LoRaWAN gateways, or high-performance 5G outdoor routers. The material conducts heat from the electronics to the outside air, preventing heat buildup in summer.
No Drill Needed
The biggest advantage for installers: The holes are already there.
On the bottom, there are 4 holes with 16mm diameter. These are perfectly sized for standard N-Type bulkhead connectors (pigtails) to connect external antennas. Another 20mm hole is provided for network cable entry. Unused holes can simply be closed with blind plugs (optional).
Important Note on Radio Technology
Since the housing is made of metal, radio signals do not penetrate it (Faraday cage). You cannot use internal antennas! Antennas must be routed to the outside via the provided holes.
