An outdoor Enclosure is only as good as its corrosion protection. Mantar uses a special, 1 mm thick steel sheet, which is refined with a Magnelis® coating. This alloy of zinc, aluminum, and magnesium offers self-healing protection at cut edges and is far superior to conventionally galvanized steel. The result: an extremely long Service life without rust, even under harsh weather conditions. The additional powder coating in light grey (RAL7035) ensures a professional finish and further resistance.

Security and tightness are paramount. The double locking system ensures consistently high contact pressure of the door against the high-quality, cast-in polyurethane seal. Unlike glued seals, this one remains permanently elastic and crack-free. For your Cabling, three professional, sealed screw connections (2x 16mm, 1x 24mm) are already integrated. The Enclosure is standardly prepared for quick wall mounting. Do you need pole mounting? No problem, with the optionally available U-bolt set, you can securely attach the cabinet to poles up to 50 mm in diameter.

Inside, the Mantar Enclosure offers you maximum flexibility. With its generous internal dimensions, you can easily accommodate most common WiFi Access Points, system boards, or even a Fritz!Box. For a particularly clean and professional installation, you can retrofit the enclosure with optional 10-inch Rack Racks (6U). This way, you can mount 10-inch patch panels or shelves and create a tidy and Service-friendly environment for your active Network technology.

Absolutely. It's best to quickly measure your device beforehand. The internal dimensions of the enclosure are approximately 39 x 32.5 x 20.5 cm. This gives you more than enough space for most common WiFi Routers, WiFi Access Points, or even smaller Ethernet Switches.
Is the enclosure truly completely waterproof during heavy rain?
Yes, you can count on it. The IP65 certification means it's protected against strong water jets from all directions. The high-quality polyurethane seal and tight Cable glands ensure that everything inside stays dry.
What exactly is the enclosure made of, and will it not rust?
The enclosure is made from 1mm thick sheet steel, coated with a special Magnelis® alloy. This coating provides you with extremely high protection against corrosion, significantly better than standard galvanized steel. This makes it perfect for years of outdoor use.
