Stable Performance for Many Devices: Your AC1200 Access Point
No more WiFi bottlenecks. The Cudy AP1300 was developed to deliver first-class performance even in demanding environments. With its powerful MediaTek dual-core processor and dedicated WiFi chips for the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands, it effortlessly handles up to 100 simultaneously connected devices. Thanks to technologies like MU-MIMO and Beamforming, data is intelligently and efficiently distributed to multiple clients simultaneously. The result: a more stable, faster, and more responsive WiFi for everyone – whether in the office, home office, or public areas. It is the ideal, powerful WiFi AP for many devices.
Maximum Flexibility in Installation Thanks to PoE
Where you need WiFi, a power outlet is not always nearby. The AP1300 elegantly solves this problem. As a professional WiFi Access Point for ceiling mounting with PoE (Power over Ethernet), you can supply it with both data and power using just a single Ethernet Cable. It supports not only the common 802.3at/af standards, which are provided by most PoE-enabled Ethernet Switches or separate PoE Injectors / Power Supplies, but also passive PoE (24-57V). And if you don't use PoE, you can simply connect it via a classic 12V Power Supply.
Seamless WiFi Throughout the House: Cudy Mesh & Roaming
Expand your Network without dead spots or connection drops. The AP1300 is fully Mesh-capable and supports the roaming protocols 802.11k/v. In combination with other Cudy Mesh devices, you build a single, large WiFi Network. Your smartphone, tablet, or laptop automatically and imperceptibly switches to the strongest signal as you move through the building. This makes it the perfect Access Point with Mesh Roaming for seamless coverage on multiple floors or in large office spaces.
Business Features for Your Network
The AP1300 comes with features you usually only find in more expensive business devices. Create multiple separate WiFi networks with Multi-SSID, for example, for employees and guests. Use Band Steering to automatically direct dual-band capable devices to the faster 5 GHz Network and relieve the 2.4 GHz band. For central management of multiple WiFi Access Points or setting up a Captive Portal for your guest Network, the AP1300 can be seamlessly integrated into the Cudy Controller ecosystem.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can the Cudy AP1300 be operated without a PoE switch?
Yes, the Cudy AP1300 can alternatively be powered by a separate 12V/1A DC power supply. This allows for flexible installation even in Networks without Power over Ethernet (PoE).
Is the Cudy AP1300 suitable for outdoor use?
No, this model is exclusively designed for indoor use. However, Cudy offers a separate model called 'AP1300 Outdoor' with a weather-resistant IP65 housing.
What does 'Mesh support' mean for the AP1300?
Mesh support allows multiple Cudy WiFi Access Points to be connected to a single, seamless Network. End devices then automatically switch to the strongest signal point without losing connection (Seamless Roaming).
How many devices can connect to the AP1300 simultaneously?
The Access Point is designed for up to 100 simultaneously connected devices. Thanks to MU-MIMO technology, performance is optimized in environments with high device density.
Does the Cudy AP1300 support the modern WPA3 encryption standard?
Yes, in addition to WPA-PSK and WPA2-PSK, the modern and more secure WPA3 standard is also supported, providing enhanced protection for your WiFi Network.
