QuWireless GP241E: Power via Network Cable
You bought a brilliant outdoor antenna (like the QuMax or QuSpot) with your Teltonika router inside. Now you face the question: "How do I get power to the roof without calling an electrician?"
The answer is this little black box. The GP241E is a Gigabit PoE injector.
How it Works (Plug & Play)
Installation takes 2 minutes:
1. Plug the GP241E into the power outlet downstairs.
2. Connect the "LAN" port to your laptop or switch.
3. Connect the "POE" port to the long cable leading outside to the router.
Done! Your router starts automatically and sends data back over the same cable.
Why this Injector Specifically?
There are many PoE power supplies, but be careful: Many cheap models only deliver 100 Mbps (Fast Ethernet). That would immediately throttle your fast LTE or 5G router.
The GP241E supports Gigabit (1000 Mbps) and delivers stable 24V voltage. This is the "sweet spot" for almost all Teltonika routers, as they usually have a wide input range (9-30V). Additionally, the power supply features grounding on the plug, providing extra safety for outdoor installations.
