Custom Network Cables – Made Easy
Pre-made patch cables often have a disadvantage: They are either too short, way too long, or the plug doesn't fit through the hole in the wall. With the LogiLink WZ0003, you simply build your cables yourself. You pull the raw cable through the wall, cut it to the perfect length, and only then crimp the plug onto it.
Why a Tool with a Ratchet?
With cheap crimping pliers, it often happens that you accidentally release too early. The small gold contacts in the plug then don't bore deep enough into the wires. The result: A cable that works intermittently.
The WZ0003 has a forced locking mechanism. You squeeze, and the pliers stay closed until the optimal pressure point is reached. Only then do they pop open. This guarantees a professional connection with every click.
Three Tools in One
You don't need to carry extra wire cutters or a stripping knife.
1. Cutter: Two blades cut the cable cleanly.
