Your Home, Your Network: Seamless WiFi Without Compromises
The Cudy M1300 2-pack is more than just a simple WiFi Router – it's the command center for your digital life. The two units work together as a team to create a single, strong, and seamless WiFi Network covering an area of up to 160 m². Forget the constant search for the best reception. Whether you're working in the garden or streaming a movie on the top floor, the intelligent Mesh system ensures you're always connected to the optimal node. Setup is child's play: connect one unit to your modem, place the second at a strategic point, and the Cudy App guides you through the rest.
More Than Just WiFi: Your Secure Gateway to the World with VPN & WPA3
In today's world, Network security is more important than ever. The Cudy M1300 goes a decisive step further than many competitors. It not only supports the modern WPA3 encryption standard but also offers exceptionally extensive VPN functionality. Set up secure access to your home network on the go or connect your entire Network via a VPN provider of your choice – with protocols like WireGuard and OpenVPN. Additionally, DNS over TLS (DoT) ensures more privacy while browsing. This Mesh Router with VPN Function is the perfect choice for anyone who values security and flexibility.
Gigabit Power and Seamless Roaming for Your Smart Home
Each M1300 node is equipped with two Gigabit Ethernet ports. This gives you the freedom to connect the nodes via cable (Wired Backhaul) to keep the WiFi capacity fully available for your end devices – ideal for maximum performance. Alternatively, you can use the ports to connect non-WiFi devices such as desktop PCs, game consoles, or an Ethernet Switch directly at Gigabit speed. Technologies like Beamforming and MU-MIMO ensure that the signal is sent specifically to your devices and that multiple clients can be efficiently served simultaneously, which noticeably improves the overall performance of your network.
Easy to Set Up, Strong in Performance: The Cudy Mesh Principle
Cudy designed the M1300 system to be ideal for both beginners and demanding users. The two units are already paired at the factory, making installation a breeze. You have full control via the clear web interface or the Cudy App for iOS and Android. Create separate guest networks for visitors, set up parental controls, or prioritize specific devices with Quality of Service (QoS). The Cudy M1300 proves that a powerful and secure home network doesn't have to be complicated.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can I use the Cudy M1300 system with an existing router?
Yes, that is possible. You can operate the Cudy M1300 in Access Point mode. The first Cudy node is connected to your existing router via a LAN cable, and the system creates its own seamless mesh WiFi, while your old router handles the main routing tasks.
What is the WiFi coverage of the Cudy M1300 (2-pack)?
The 2-pack is designed to cover areas up to 160 m². The actual range strongly depends on the structural conditions, such as the number and material of the walls.
Does the Cudy M1300 support wired backhaul?
Yes. You can connect the mesh nodes to each other with an Ethernet Cable. This is called 'Wired Backhaul' and ensures the most stable and fastest connection between the nodes, as the WiFi frequencies are fully available for communication with end devices.
Is the system compatible with devices from other manufacturers?
The Cudy M1300 uses a proprietary mesh protocol. This means you can only expand the mesh network with additional Cudy M1300 or compatible Cudy Mesh devices. A combination with mesh products from, for example, AVM Fritz or TP-Link Deco is not possible.
What security standards does the Cudy M1300 offer?
The system supports the common encryption standards WEP, WPA/WPA2, and also the modern and more secure WPA3 standard. Additionally, it offers further security layers through integrated VPN protocols and DNS over TLS.
How many devices can connect to the network simultaneously?
Although the theoretical capacity is over 100 devices, the manufacturer recommends an upper limit of approximately 50 simultaneously connected clients for optimal performance. MU-MIMO technology helps to efficiently manage data traffic to multiple devices.
