The easiest way to connect is via WiFi. First, power the MikroTik wAP ac. An open MikroTik XXX WiFi network will appear. Connect to it.
If it is not connected to a router yet, it may show "No internet". The configuration will still work!
1. Quick Set Configuration
Open a browser (Incognito mode recommended) and enter 192.168.88.1.
- In Quickset, select Home AP.
- In Network Name, rename the WiFi.
- In Country, select your country.
- In WiFi Password, enter a secure key.
Confirm with Apply Configuration.
2. Reboot and Reset Function
You will be disconnected. Connect the wAP to your router via Ethernet and join your new WiFi network.
How to Factory Reset
Disconnect power -> Hold Reset button -> Reconnect power -> Wait 5 seconds until WiFi LED blinks -> Release button. The device is now reset.

Why does it say "no internet"?
Because during the initial wireless setup, the device is not yet physically connected to your internet router via a LAN cable.
