The TravelConnector WiFi System TCS-LAN-12 is specifically designed for travelers and for use in motorhomes, caravans, or campers. Many hotels and campsites offer either free or subscription-based WiFi service. To be able to use it from a long distance or below deck, the new TravelConnector WiFi System is perfectly suited. With the TravelConnector System Set, you can easily surf the internet even with a weak WiFi signal.
The TravelConnector TCS-LAN-12 WiFi Set consists of a 2.4 GHz 8.5dBi WiFi omnidirectional antenna with a weatherproof IP66 enclosure, a 5m LAN cable, a matching high-performance WiFi electronics (Freeloader), and a 2D articulated tilting bracket. This LAN variant offers the advantage of using a network cable of up to 60m in length for the connection between the TravelConnector and your computer or travel router.

The 12dBi WiFi omnidirectional antenna is optimized for the frequency range of 2.4 to 2.5 GHz. With its 360° signal coverage angle, the antenna does not need to be separately aligned. The gain of 12dBi of the WiFi antenna ensure stable connections over extreme long distances.
Smart Design
By integrating the WiFi electronics directly into the WiFi antenna, the need for a lossy antenna cable is eliminated. This allows the complete transmission and reception power of the WiFi electronics to flow directly into the WiFi antenna without any losses, greatly extending the range of the WiFi signal.
Premium Construction
The WiFi antenna is made of stainless steel (V4A), fiberglass (GFK), and POM to withstand the harshest environments, including exposure to seawater. It can withstand wind speeds of up to 170 km/h and withstand temperatures from -20°C to +50°C. With its IP66-certified plastic housing, the TravelConnector WiFi antenna is completely weatherproof and can be used outdoors even in extreme weather conditions.

Easy Configuration
The TravelConnector TCS-LAN-12 Set is directly connected to your PC, laptop, router, or Ethernet switch after simple installation using the LAN cable. The flexible 5m LAN cable can be easily routed and can be extended up to a total of 60 meters without any loss if needed. After configuration, the system reliably connects to the selected hotspot and connects your PC or the entire connected network to the internet.
WiFi Travel Router - Your Own Hotspot (Optional)
Optionally, the TravelConnector TCS-LAN-12 Set can be operated with the WiFi travel router Frontrunner VR400W. In combination with the WiFi travel router, multiple WiFi-enabled devices such as notebooks, smartphones, tablets, IP cameras, etc., can be operated simultaneously and wirelessly. This allows you to conveniently surf with multiple devices simultaneously using the existing WiFi connection of the TravelConnector. All settings can be made through a web browser and can be controlled with any operating system. No driver or tool installation is required. The power supply for the WiFi electronics in the antenna is provided by the Frontrunner router, which operates on 11-24V DC voltage.
