This is a 2,4 Ghz 500mW (27dBm) Wi-Fi Booster.
Standard Wi-Fi devices (Access Points, Routers, PCI Cards, USB Sticks) work with a transmission and receive power up to max. 100mW (20dBm).
This Booster has a transmission and receive power of 500mW (27dBm). It amplifies your Wi-Fi signal and increases the range and stability of your Wi-Fi network enormously.
This Booster works Bi-Directional (TX/RX). Thus it amplifies both, the sending (TX) an receiving (RX) signal of your Wi-Fi device.
You don't have to install further drivers or make speciel configurations. The Booster ist connected between RF output of your Wi-Fi Device and the Wi-Fi antenna.
An according 30cm conenction cable with RP-SMA connector for the connection between you Wi-Fi device and the Booster is included.
